Qualified as a solicitor in 1982. I have been with Lyons Davidson
as a Solicitor and Mediator since 1999 to present. I was appointed
to set up a family mediation department for Lyons Davidson. This
is now a flourishing department with four mediators.

I have been a mediator for fifteen years. I was one of the first
solicitors to be involved in family mediation.

| Mediation Experience: |
I have had experience of mediating using a number of different
models, sole mediation, co-mediation, particularly useful for complex
cases involving many parties, and the commercial model using shuttle
mediation. I have mediated in:
- Family disputes, some of them involving substantial financial
assets
- Inheritance Act and probate disputes
- Disability Discrimination Act disputes
- Employment disputes
